Xend™ - Overview
The Vidiator Xend™ messaging platform is a white-labeled hosted service that supplies 3D avatar-based multimedia messaging services (MMS) for our customers and their consumers:
- Create unique, personalized peer-to-peer (P2P) avatar-based messages (video integrated with audio) and send them to a recipient’s mobile phone or e-mail address.
- Personalize and send compelling pre-recorded avatar-based MMS greeting cards to a mobile device or email address.
- Receive avatar-based MMS messages on a subscription and/or alert basis containing a wide array of compelling information and entertainment content.Create engaging avatars and use them to exchange fun, entertaining MMS messages.
- Deploy avatar-based messages to support enterprise messaging platforms, such as avatar-based unified messaging services that deliver voice and video mail, SMS, and email using customized 3D avatar content.
- Manage the creation and delivery of avatar-based MMS content as part of managed messaging and alerting services.
The Xend™ platform performs the functions related to content management, video/audio rendering, message formatting and encoding, application hosting, and message delivery. An Application Programming Interface (API) layer is available so that customers who wish to do so can create their own unique MMS applications that leverage the power of the core Xend 3D engine.
